Gallan Group Celebrate Completion in Cannock

Gallan Group has completed the first phase of its high profile £20 million Gallan Park mixed-use scheme on Watling Street, Cannock – a 70,000 sq ft industrial warehouse pre-let to German forward freight giant Rhenus Logistics.

The entrepreneurial family business celebrated the event with an on-site agents breakfast for more than 40 leading property professionals.

After touring the high specification unit, guests were given an opportunity to assess remaining flexible options on the 14 acre, easily accessible site, just three-quarters of a mile south of Cannock on the A5.
