RHENUS LOGISTICS SIGN FOR 70,000 SQ FT AT GALLAN PARK CANNOCK

Rhenus Logistics part of a 3.3 Billion Euro Turnover Company, has agreed a 70,000 sq ft pre-let on warehouse space at Gallan Park, Cannock.

The land off the A5, Watling Street, Cannock, is being developed by Birmingham based Gallan Group, who are creating a speculative 275,000 sq ft, mixed use scheme.

The 13.4 acre site will include Office, distribution, roadside retail, self storage and trade sales uses and has planning consent for B1, B2 and B8 usage, enabling round the clock use.

Gallan, acting on specific occupier research view Cannock as an important emerging satellite location and have attracted a number of operators who are keen to optimize fuel efficiency costs, certainty of delivery and congestion avoidance that the site, located adjacent to the M6 Toll, M6, M5 & M54 offers, added Paul Garry Gallan director.
